Terms & Conditions
1. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
2. All goods remain the property of Office Masters, until payment is made in full.
3. Claims for shortages or damages must be made within Three days of receipt of goods.
4. No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement from Office Masters. Goods incorrectly ordered will be subject to a handling charge of 15%. Goods specially cut to a non-standard size may not be returned. Carriage costs cannot be refunded and will be deducted from any credit given.
5. Credit terms are strictly 30 days net for approved accounts and subject to the credit limits set.
6. For delivery services quoted at time of order, next day shall mean “ delivered by end of business next day” two day shall mean “delivered by end of business on the second day.
We can arrange early and timed deliveries if required, please enquire for the surcharges at time of ordering.
